烹調指南
Cooking Instructions — Kingdom of Dumpling Homemade
雲吞食法
放入適量水,等水開後,放入適量雲吞,用筷子或其他廚具慢慢攪拌使其浮起,大約 7-8 分鐘後即可食用。
推薦:準備少許蝦皮、紫菜、中國香菜與雲吞及湯放在一起,加入少許醬油和麻油,味道鮮美,做早餐最好。
水餃食法
方法一:放入適量水,等水開後,放入適量水餃,用筷子慢慢攪拌使其浮起,浮起後 9-10 分鐘即熟,撈出後可配水餃汁食用。
方法二:水餃浮起後蓋上鍋蓋,等大開放入少許冷水並蓋上,共三次,第四次大開後水餃即熟。
小籠灌湯包食法
將蒸籠放有水的鍋上,等水開後,將白菜或生菜葉墊底,然後將小籠包輕輕有間距放入蒸籠,蓋蓋後 8 分鐘即好。
食法:小心拿出,先咬洞吸汁,再沾醋吃皮和餡。
