烹調指南 — Kingdom of Dumpling Homemade

🫿 Won Ton 雲吞

Bring water with chicken broth to a boil. Add wontons and stir gently until they float. Keep boiling for 7–8 minutes until done.

Tip: Add dried shrimp skin, seaweed, and cilantro to the soup. Finish with a few drops of soy sauce and sesame oil — perfect for breakfast!

🫿 Dumplings 水餃

Method 1: Bring water to a boil. Add dumplings and stir until they float. Keep boiling for 9–10 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.

Method 2: After dumplings float, add a small cup of cold water and cover. Repeat 3 times. After the 4th boil, dumplings are done. Serve with dipping sauce.

🫿 Soup Dumplings 小籠灌湯包

Place steamer over boiling water. Line with cabbage or lettuce leaves. Arrange bao with space between them. Cover and steam for 8 minutes.

How to eat: Carefully remove. Bite a small hole, sip the broth first, then enjoy with Shanghai vinegar.
